I'd consider that trade. I have an 02 z71 with a beige bench - great shape. Will fit 04 tahoe (actually fits 00-06 - all have same seats). alawyer@dixon-hughes.com

Texas - 76131 Zip code. Ran several scenarios last night, shipping should be $150 or less (much cheaper than buying seats). If interested, send me some pics of your seats and of the trim code sticker on the inside of the glove box - that will help determine that they are the same color. GM put out a couple of different tan seats. I will respond with the same. alawyer@dixon-hughes.com
