Best bet is to hook up to a diagnostic tool and read the codes. You can either buy one or sometimes a place like Autozone will do it for you.

I just had this problem on my 04 it was the seatbelt pretentioner could have fixed it myself for 137 bucks and 2 hours of my time but couldn't figure it out and took it to the dealer and cost me 937 bucks
