03 dodge Durango

Well on my way from Little Rock to Memphis my 03
Dodge Durango started made a ticking sound
dammit lost all compression and Power and died
on me when I try to crank it back up it was like the
battery was dead and the fam was barely turning I
had to leave the truck on the side of the road for 2
days when I came and got the truck and I change
my oil there was water a whole lot of water in my
oil pan can anyone please help me

Yes,leave those DODGES alone.Water in oil pan can only come from the motor ( head gasket ) or ( cracked block ).
