My 2002ford the head lights would come on
when i start the suv if i hit a bump thay go
off my batterie keeps dyeing .

Obviously you have a short/parasitic draw somewhere in the headlight system. To long to explain here, but goggle auto parasitic draw and you should find a few videos on how to check. All you need is a multi meter. The meter will indicate which system is draining the battery and you can check those accessories for the problem.

Check all ground wires and terminals around the headlight area if the area that it is grounded out to is rusted move the ground to a solid metal area.
