location of a/c low pressure port on 2003 explorer

air not as cold as it should be,  believe port is on top of accum. can beside radiator on passenger side

On passenger side of vehicle. Follow the line from the accumulator toward the front of the engine and you'll see it.

0nly port I've found is on top of a canister between the radiator and where you fill wiper fluid, the connect hose fitting on coolant will snap on it, is this it, thanks alot

Could be. The connection looks exactly like the high pressure connection near the compressor, just smaller. If the caps are there one is red and the other blue. The connection resembles the same type used for an air compressor disconnect, the male part.

on mine; the caps are BLACK; but it is in the front; near the wiper fill; on top of a metal canister. The cap screws off; there is nothing stamped onto of the cap. I've heard some have an "L" for lower A/C but mine does not
