There is a Park Pawl lever on the side of the tranny which can be released if you want to crawl up under the vehicle. Sometimes this happens if the vehicle is parked on a slope or a tire is jammed up against a curb. If it does in on flat surfaces bring it to a shop, it is a fairly fix.
