My 2004 ford explorer dont start, it cranks and cranks but no start , checked fuel pump and it's good, replaced the mass air flow sensor fuel pressure regulator and sensor...smells like gas alot

Smells like gas a lot? Check for a fuel leak.

If all is good with the sensor, now check the Coil pack and if not that, it could be one of the relays inside the engine compartment. Find the correct relay and pull it and try another relay of the same size. If it starts there you go but now you'll need another relay for the one you pulled.
