What does it mean when it says "expired" does
it mean the vehicle is sold?

I'm just taking a wild guess and assuming you mean that you saw a vehicle for sale but it says expired. On a lot of post if it says expired it simply means that it has surpassed the date of time allowed to sell something it does not necessarily mean that it was sold.
