Alarm goes off when i push any button on new key fob

I have a 2004 mustang and had to buy a replacement key fob. I programmed the new one
and it works except now when I lock, unlock or open the truck with the remote the panic
alarm goes off. And also when you put the key in ignition the alarm goes off, None of this
happened with original remote. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Did you buy one of the $5 ones on eBay? I did and went through 3 before I got one that still works. Bite the bullet and get a Ford OEM fob. That should take care of the problem.
