2005 mustang v6 no heat

05 mustang no heat blows cold I can pick the
speed and where I want it etc floor vent etc
the heater core lines both get hot and
antifreeze is full

Purge air out of the system. If that does not work the water pump may be worn out.

And I’ve ran the car at normal temps and loosened the antifreeze reservoir and let all the air come out I’m so lost
