Is subframe and timing chain cover worth replacing?

2007 versa leaking oil from timing chain cover. Also, subframe is very
loose/weak.  Was told control arms are affected. The car has 154k miles  and
runs fine. Is it worth fixing?

In excellent condition with new tires, the car's worth three grand. The work you're describing is going to cost that. You might get five hundred bucks from a salvage yard. Drive the car there.
