1gen acura tl 3.2 hard shifting

My 96 acura tl 3.2 feels like it is shifting hard
& like it is stuck in 2nd gear at the same time.
It barely moves from stop when I press gas
pedal. The more a press it (to the floor) the
slower it goes. Hard shifts while driving, will
jerk the car. Any suggestions?

I have almost the same problem with my 05 Acura TL 3.2 at/m and it wont even go into gear. At first it was going from 5th to 4th down to 3rd and then lose throttle rpm is the only thing moving by that time. And now car turns on but wont catch a gear. Any suggestions
