Where can you find the cables that operate the flaps on the convertible. The Dealer says mine are seized, but they can no longer find the parts.

2006 Chrysler Crossfire.  Convertible flaps are inoperable.  The Dealer says the cables
are seized, but they cannot find them anywhere.  Are they available anywhere?
