I have just gone through this.My top would not go down because trunk box ways down for most space. Can get it manually by going through back of seat ,but need someone with small arms.Once u are in set up box & run roof so it leaves crawl space to go in trunk. Also have to be small for that & roof only holds 10 minutes & lets pressure go.need second person to hold.I had to take latch off so trunk would open.Plastic piece that open s trunk strips. Can buy @ Dealer but u must buy whole latch.I got one machined out of aluminum so it will never break again.Have extras for sale @ $150.00 ea. Less than half of chryslers if that is the problem. Rwharlick@ gmail.com
