Rough Idle on Subaru Legacy

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello-
So we've noticed about a month ago that we have some rough idling going
on.  It only occurs sometimes when we come to a stop.  It rattles the car, but
if we inch forward a bit or shift into park it goes away.
So far I've replaced the front O2 sensor and cleaned out the air filter and
airflow sensor.  I'd appreciate any ideas for what to try next!
