what would keep fuel pump relay from turning on all fuses good and fuel ifs switch is reset

car cranks do not hear  fuel pump turn on car does not start. does inertia fuel switch make
a noise if it has been set? is there  a way to see if fuel is getting to engine?

switch does not make noise you have to press it to see if its tripped. if there is not a valve on the fuel rail to check fuel pressure then it has a sensor on the fuel rail. you will need a scan tool to see if the sensor is showing fuel pressure or not. you can find a fuel line and take it off see if anything comes out. or take it somewhere and get it looked at by a pro. no offense but it doesn't sound like you know much about cars.
