I don't have a question, but I do want to thank CarGurus.

Asked by Penny Oct 26, 2014 at 04:02 AM about the 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Limited 4WD

Question type: General

I don't have a question, but I do want to thank CarGurus.  I fell in love with the Ford Explorer Sport Trac In 2001 when I bought one brand New.  After only 2 1/2 years I couldn't afford the payments any longer and was forced to trade her in.  I've been looking for another one off and on ever since. On Monday, September 20th, 2014, I had a horrible, very traumatic accident  in my 2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac.  Yes, I had finally found another one in November, 2013.  I survived with a concussion and very bad whiplash, but my truck didn't fair so well, she was totaled.  I only got to have her for 11 months.  I was physically and emotionally traumatized and devastated.   Then, on October 25,2014, only 5 days after my accident, YES, it's true, I found a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac , "Burgundy Beauty", while basically stranded and internet car shopping on CarGurus.  I was so excited but I was afraid I couldn't afford her.  CarGurus site placed the call to the dealer for me, with the click of a button, from my computer.  Amy, 50 miles away, called me back, within seconds, from the dealership.  I, excitedly, told her I HAD to HAVE this truck, I NEEDED this truck and I WANTED this truck so, we HAD to make a Deal, which we did.  Everything was done over the phone.  I bought my truck, site unseen.  Within 4 hours of making the phone call on CarGurus website, Awesome Amy and  Manager Mike delivered my "Burgundy Beauty" WASHED, IMMACULATELY DETAILED Interior, FULL tank of gas and BRAND NEW TIRES!!!!  Thank you sooooo much CarGurus, Awesome Amy and Manager Mike!!!!!

Glad you found another one so soon and from a car dealer with a heart no less. Hopefully you keep this one tire side down and between the white and yellow lines for many years to come!
