Replaced timing chains, guides and plug wires on my 07 Explorer 4.0. It is getting fuel and fire but it will not turn completely start. Battery is good, alternator is good, what could it be?

If it will not completely turn over then the timing is off and valves are contacting pistons. You poorly written question is not very helpful.

Not an easy job on the 4.0 I believe there are two, one in the front and one in the rear. The front is hard enough to get to and the rear one requires the vehicle's engine be removed. Check the net for a video on the proper method to change and make sure you did every step.
