I can hear knocking but i hear it from underneath the engine ive tried seafoam in the crankshaft but it continues to knock

You have a bad rod bearing. The only way to take care of the problem would to put new bearings in on the lower end piston rods. You may want to evaluate the engine to see if it is even worth wild to do so.
