For typical used cars, I never recommend buying long distance. But if you must, have the vehicle inspected by a reputable service before plunking down any cash. I'd recommend you contact companies like Lemon Squad Mobile Inspections; they'll provide a detailed report with lots of photos..... For shipping, any reputable service that's ICC certified will do,

Shipping costs and arrangements are your responsibility. I second what Ed92626 said. Have the vehicle inspected before you buy, especially one that's nineteen years old! I've personally used Lemon Squad a few times with excellent results. As far as a warranty is concerned, on a nineteen year old vehicle, I'd say you're buying as is. Hope that helps! Jim
