How do I repair a leaking windshield wiper fluid leaking in on the driver's side floor of my chevy equinox lt 2007

Each time the windshield wiper fluid tank is filled after one use I find the tank empty and fluid is on the driver's side floor and the tank is empty.

i would fill it with water and use the wipers the one time than look at the bottom of tank area. the washer pump is usually attached to the bottom of the tank. the hose attaches there to so may be syphoning after first use.
