I want to know who's responsible when problems to the stabilitrak/traction control on a chev equinox?

If there are no recalls even if it is a wide spread problem you are out of luck and you have to repair yourself. I own the worst kind of escape you can it is an 02 3.0l V6 and it has all of the common escape problems that are not recalled that should've been and I share that fate.
