Fan in car

Hello! So in my 2007 Chevy cobalt, my fan for my
ac/ heat has not been working to its Max. Some
days the highest level will blow very low and some
days it's fine. What do I need to do? New fan?
Recharge my ac? Please help!

At max speed, blower motor works from full voltage (the resistor pack is bypassed). If it is running slow or intermittently, the problem is either with the blower motor itself or less than 12V is reaching it. If you have a voltmeter you can check at the harness connector what voltage you have, the blower motor is usually reached through the glove box opening or from under the dash.
