Without a price who can say? High mile BMW's can be pricey to maintain and repair.

I owned a 2006 Z4 for a short time. It was not the SI version. Great engine and great car to drive. Condition and previous maintenance is all important when buying a used BMW. I would try to find one with fewer miles, but the price will certainly go up.
