Why is my starter in my 2008 Dodge Avenger continually turning while driving on the road! I have replaced starter & ignition ? Starter will not disengage!

If that is the case then the starter solenoid is getting power after the engine starts and not disengaging like it should. I would suspect your ignition switch.
