Why won't my horn work

My horn will not work. I checked fuses and they're all good
and none say for horn. Is there more then 1 fuse box? The
only one I see is under the hood

There is one inside the car. Check your owners manual for location.

Go with a bad ground at the horn or a bad switch in the wheel , Test the horn with a hot wire , A multi tester is useful for finding electrical problems . I would say the switch grounds out one wire for a relay and that powers up the horn . Your experience may differ

    what number is the horn fuse , relay , switch under on a 2009 dodge avenger set fwd 2.4 liter. Not listed in manuel, Googled it , no luck, auto part stores , no luck.
