Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is a ticking sound under my dashboard when i turn the air cooler to hotter, the air never stays cold it is always hot and living in Arizona i cant go without A/C.. i took it to the shop and they told me it was the blend doors. but after doing some investigations i found out it could be a lot more than that. have any of you experienced this problem ?

We are having the same problem with our daughters 2013 Avenger. Warm (not hot) air coming out of the drivers side but cold on the passenger side. We hear a clicking every once in a while but from what I have read to have a bad actuator you may or may not have clicking. There is also air in the coolant system.. Going to try to burp that out this weekend. Trying to exhaust every possibility before having to change that heater core..
