Temperature fluctuates

I have a 2007 pontiac g6 with the 3.5 v6 the temperature likes to
fluctuate at like 225 and 235 and then goes back down to 205
but it doesn't overheat or even smoke what should I do ?

Do nothing. That is normal fluctuation while driving in different temp load conditions.

Well I was thinking that so I took it in to see if I had a leak and then they said I had a cracked heater hose and I think that's where I'm losing my coolent my car leaks some liquid it doesn't evaporate and it's not oil so has to be coolent

OK. Replace the hose and see if the "problem" goes away.
