check engine light on a santa fe 2007

I fet gas and when turn the key it will start and die if I push the gas sometimeit will run or die after afew minutes turn key back onand hold the gas paddle down it will run. A t 40 mph it will jerk after go between 45 and above it runs fine and answer to this question.

Get the codes read at the parts store to see what part needs repair.
