I have a code 404 for egr valve on my 2007 Chrysler town and country I replaced the valve but still have the code help

I had a code 404  egr problem I replaced the egr cleaned all the passages on my 2007 Chrysler town and country 3.8 but after clearing the code it came back what can I do next?

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0404 -- check this out for possible causes or solutions. Possibly shorted wire.
