I have a 2007 Chrysler town and country the
gauges go crazy the radio comes on and off and
the light flicker what isit

Bad electrical connection or alternator/battery issue. It does that when the voltage drops below 12v. Start with having them tested at an autoparts store, if they are fine then check the terminals for rust/contamination, breaks, loose etc. Ive seen problems in the various wiring harnesses too. Have someone wiggle wires and see if the problem repeats.
