I need help

I have a Acura TL 99 sometimes when I'm driving it
just shut off everything shut down so I will have to
wait a couple of minutes to try to start it again it
cranks and then runs fine it may do the same thing
a couple of days later what could that be

When you say everything shuts off, do you mean electrically? No lights, radio, instrument lights...etc.
