Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Got the lights ON after a mechanical inspection of the car. Code PO402 (bad cat converter in bank-1). 4-WD does not engage after that. Will changing cat converter solve the problem? or is there any other solution?

sounds like the charcoal evaporator canister is bad [ very common] try resetting OBD11 computer with a scan tool or remove negative battery terminal for a few minutes
