Check engine warning light not reset after oil change how do I reset

Last oil change had to return to Walmart to have them reset

Un hook the negative battery cable. Turn key to on position, leave key in the on. Position for two minutes while cable is off. Turn key off after two minutes. Then reconnect negative cable. Then your computer will reset.
