Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1999 acura integra 3.2 litre, will click all lights come on won't turn and will not jump.
This problem has been ongoing since I bought it four years ago but getting worse.
During the time I have had the car the battery has been replaced twice due to normal
use and the starter and solenoid for grinding. I do not think that it is either of that.

I know the ignitions in things were recalled as mine was but they put in the same oem
part so I replaced the ignition switch, still does it. Sometimes I can go 20 times with it
starting and sometimes 200 without it starting but it always starts, just getting a little
worse.

Can you help. Thanks.

Also, when I turn it off I can take the keys out with it in drive which started about a year ago. I have no idea what a neutral safety switch is but through research could this cause both problems.
