I am desperately searching for a 1976-77 Buick Regal

Contact Bennett Chevrolet-Buick in Wayland, NY (866-835-3071). They have one of the finest collections of original Buicks in the country, and they did have a Regal from that era with the T-tops. I have no idea if they're willing to sell it, but they might be able to put you in touch with an owner that has one. Trying to find the T-top/ split bench seat could be tough, as most of those had the bucket seats.
