88 fiero probelms

my 88 fiero is running it but when i am driving an i am accelerating it feels like its not getting pressure if i put it on the floor its like its flooding it

it has new plugs an wires fuel filter fuel pump cleaned gas tank new idel air control sensor...... could it be vacuum hoses???

Any codes/check engine light? If not there's a few things it could be, but the first thing that comes to mind is it could be a clogged cat, If the O2 sensor easily removes on your car, you could put a compression gauge on the O2 Sensor hole and see if there is any back pressure.
