brake pedal locked up

I just replaced my front brake shoes and one brake caliper last summer and they worked fine but after the car sat all winter in my garage the pedal locked up in the up position how do i fix this?

Open the bleeder valve on the caliper, if that releases the brake pedal then thr problem is with the brake hose, when they go bad they can act as a one way check valve preventing brake fluid from returning to the MC.
