When I have the heat on the drivers side blows hot air but the passenger side blows cold air?

I live in North Dakota and currently it is pretty cold out! Last year during
winter I noticed that both my passenger vents were blowing out cold air
when the heat was on full blast. Last year I closed them and I don't really
have anyone in my passenger seat too often to remember that I need to fix
it. Now that its winter again its a friendly reminder and I was just trying to
figure out how much this is going to cost me! Thanks in advance!

Maybe its your thermometer in your climate control system
