2001 MDX popping/thud sound when braking

I recently had all rotors and brakes replaced. After they were switched out my car started to make a popping/thud noise when stopping. Even after replacing the back calipurs the noise is still there.

I need to have this fixed ASAP, being I am about to make a 1800+ mile move through the mountains pulling a uhaul.

take it back to whoever did the brakes something was done incorrectly
