Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My dad is stuck in second gear but at first it was delaying
befor changing and jumpin in to reverse  real hard and
when I’m drivein it would stick in between gears

Mine was doing the same thing I have a 2001 MDX with a hundred fifty five thousand miles on it just bought it person I bought it from said transmission was fried it was slipping going into 3rd gear real bad I change the fluid almost cured it but not all the way took off the shift solenoid on top of the transmission screens were clogged up now runs perfect didn't cost nothing but the transmission fluid and $1,000 to buy it LOL
