Hazard lights

Hazard lights come on while driving as well as parked
draining battery had battery tested alternator said was fine
could this be a relay switch problem

Great name Stephanie!! Hello yes I would focus on that line and look for the relay in the fuse panel. There should be a diagram explaining where the hazard relay is. G luck
