Soft brakes

Asked by Shroybc Oct 01, 2010 at 09:14 AM about the 2002 Acura MDX AWD with Touring Package

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The brakes on this vehicle are soft. At the last oil change the tech said the pads were in good shape and I have checked the fluid level and even drained brake fluid through each rotor in the appropiate manner. Any thoughts on the why they would be soft?

if the fluid is good and they're no air bubbles in the lines, its probably in the master cylinder or booster
