I'm looking at buying a Kia Sportage ex it's a
07 with 187,000 miles should I stay away or
purchase? Thanks

Marie, this would depend on the shape and price of the suv and if any service record,s are avalible on it,allso carfax gives you a little pieace of mind knowing a little history on it,but that said that is high mile,s ,but before you buy it go have a good mechanic check it over for you.
