Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 acura tl for some reason it won't
crank when I turn the key it clicks but doesn't start
up all the lights come on and work fine just won't
start could it be the relay fuse to the starter or the
starter may need to be replaced?

you may just have a dead battery. try jump starting. a battery can have enough power to light up the dash lights and stuff, but not enough to engage the starter.

Clicking is a sign of a low battery, or bad connections usually at the battery, try charging or jumping the car to see if it will turn over and start. Also may have a charging issue.
