When I turn on the A/C in my 05 hummer, the passenger side blows hot air but the driver side blows cold. What would cause this?

the venting to the passenger side is inop- it has come loose or a flap is inop or a squirrel is living in there- look under the dash- what do you see? is it furry and cute?

Yes it's dual zone. I did some research and sounds like its the actuator. Don't know if its the motor or flap is stuck yet.
