i don't know if the clicking noise is coming from my axels cv joints or not. it sounds like it's coming from my steering wheel when i turn. i also hear o quiet sreeching noise while sitting still and turning the wheel. do you know what it could be?

It could be CV Joints, Rack and Pinion or Power Steering Pump. Your local dealership or mechanic would be able to listen to it and give you a good idea what it probably is.
