I have a 2008 Acura MDX. Two months ago, I hit the curb trying to make a right turn and marked my rim/tire (cut a title piece of the tire). Since that time, I've noticed a funny sound (whooshing) when my speed hits 42 mph...and up. I've taken my car to 5 mechanics and they can't find anything wrong (haven't taken it to the dealer). Friends have driven my car and all agree there is something wrong but also agree they've never heard a similar noise (including two former mechanics). HELP - i'm afraid to drive this car. PS. I did have the dealer install a timing belt and water pump about three months ago. 4 Answers
