Take yourself outside and look under the hood. Do they look "exactly" the same when it comes to overall shape, cooling hoses connections, attachment to the engine block, timing cover attachment and alternator or power steering pump attachment points. Then you have to think of cooling passages "inside" each head whether or not they are the same. After looking at the "Head Gasket" replacement online, it looks as the heads are the same were a gasket is required, so look to see if there are attachment points on the heads that could make them different.
