full electrical components swap,no crank after i install them just a red light flashing on dash

i did a full engine control management and transmission control modules
swap,speedometer swap,ignition, key lock , after all this swap i try to start
nothing happens not even crank theres a red light flashing like some security is
on not sure any help please thanks 2003 se-7 discovery.

The key probably needs to be married to the ECU. This may require a Rover dealership or at least a shop that has the equipment to do this.

ok but its the same key and ecu i swap and transfer from a running vehicle, the reason i did this swap is because it had shut down from previous immobilizer issue

I have no idea where the immobilizer info is stored on your vehicle. Most are stored at the ECU, but who knows with Land Rover? It is possible it is stored in another module. You have some serious research to do to get it running.
